Thursday, March 14th, at 6:30 p.m. Salty’s Chef Josh Gibler and BridgePort’s Brewmaster Jeff Edgerton will be collaborating in a not to be missed seasonal five-course menu and beer pairing. They will discuss why and how they selected each flavorful beer to accompany each course.
Founded in 1984 BridgePort brewing company is Oregon’s oldest craft brewery and has come a long way since its initial 600 barrel per year capacity to its now 100,000 barrel per year capacity. It is one of Portland’s favorite breweries and is well known for many of its fine crafted beers including but not restricted to its India Pale Ale which has won many awards for its delicious and robust flavor.
