The Maude Kerns Art Center presents the 33rd annual Art and the Vineyard Festival, the premier art, wine, and fireworks festival of the Southern Willamette Valley, at Alton Baker Park in Eugene on Saturday, July 2 through Monday, July 4. On Monday, July 4, Eugene Active 20-30 Club’s Freedom Festival Fireworks light up the skies over Alton Baker Park. Comcast is the Title Sponsor of the 2016 Art and the Vineyard Festival.
Art and the Vineyard attracts over 20,000 visitors over the 3-day event, which features more than 100 artists in the Artists’ Marketplace, over 20 Oregon vineyards in the Wine Court, an International Food Court, a Youth Art Arena and Stage, an Art For Your Garden area, and Main Stage entertainment.
The Art and the Vineyard Festival has new hours. On Saturday and Sunday, July 2 and 3, the festival opens at 10:00 am and closes at 9:00 pm. On Monday, July 4, gates open at 10:00 am and remain open through the Freedom Festival Fireworks.
The Art and the Vineyard Festival is a fundraiser for the Maude Kerns Art Center. A three-day pass to Art and the Vineyard is $16. Admission on July 2 and 3 is $8 for adults (15 years and over); on July 4 adult admission is $9. Youth 6 – 14 years old are $3 each day and children 5 years old and under are free.
