Our Portland friend, Jacob Grier (who last visited at the El Dorado Rum cocktail dinner in November), has a new book out, “Cocktails on Tap: The Art of Mixing Spirits and Beer”. Jacob, along with Tommy Klus, will be making cocktails from the book that feature recipes incorporating, what else, beer! Chef Conor Claffey-Koller has created a pairing menu with a fun, upscale take on American pub food to complete the theme. Price is $75 per person (does not include gratuity).
