Beginner Yoga Series

Are you curious about yoga, want or need to add it to your life, but are unsure how or where to begin? If so, New Beginnings Yoga & Wellness (www.yogaoregon.com), Monmouth’s premier yoga studio and personal training boutique presents its newest offering – A “Yoga for Beginners Series” –instructed by yoga teacher Nichole Taylor, RYT. “So many people come to me and express how much anxiety and fear they have about dropping into an established yoga class,” explains Nichole. “Or they suffer with injuries, joint replacements, low back pain and other ailments, and don’t feel safe giving yoga a try”. She goes on to mention the numerous benefits of yoga for people from all walks of life including: reduced stress, increased flexibility, relaxation, stronger muscles and better mind/body balance. “So, I decided to give absolute beginners and folks who need a bit more attention a safe, slow and interactive opportunity to try yoga for themselves in my calm and private studio environment. Truly, if you can breathe, you can do yoga too.”

This 4 week series will meet once a week for a month at New Beginnings Yoga & Wellness, located at 220 Knox St. next to Ma Mere’s Bed and Breakfast in Monmouth Oregon.

About Nichole Taylor: With more than a decade of experience as a yoga teacher, fitness instructor and Personal Trainer, Nichole provides clear, encouraging, and straightforward instruction. In addition to her role as owner/operator of New Beginnings Yoga & Wellness, Nichole offers private one-on-one training, teaches classes and leads yoga workshops and retreats around the Willamette Valley.
