Art is My Muse

The April show at Currents Gallery in McMinnville will feature poetry written to accompany the beautiful art created by our Associate artists. It is our pleasure each year to host a show that honors the seven volunteer artists who help us run the gallery. This year we are pairing their artwork with Mike Santone’s poets’ group, “Cultural Encounters”, who will write extemporaneous poems inspired by selected pieces from the “Art is My Muse” show. The exhibit will run from April 4 through April 30, with a champagne reception on Saturday, April 8, 12-4pm. During the reception the poems will be read by the authors.
