Come join Chef/Owner Melinda Archuleta of Bar Carlo, recently featured on Comcast’s groundbreaking docuseries Culture Capital, in honoring National Hispanic Heritage Month from September 15th to October 13th!
Chef Archuleta is launching a special series of Domingueando, a celebration of the art of leisurely Sundays, featuring all-day happy hour every Sunday from 4-8 p.m. The weekly event will showcase live music, art, pop-ups, and more, offering the perfect blend of culture and community.
Come back every week to enjoy weekly seasonal food specials and handcrafted Cantaritos—vibrant cocktails made from muddled fruits, herbs, and optional agave spirits, served in handmade pottery cups created by artisans with disabilities in Mexico.
“National Hispanic Heritage Month is a meaningful time for us at Bar Carlo, as it allows us to honor the traditions and flavors at our restaurant’s heart. We’ve put together an amazing calendar of events to celebrate and create space for people to gather and connect. My goal has always been to make Bar Carlo a reflection of my heritage and a lively community hub that is welcome to all, and I’m eager to continue that journey with our guests.” – Melinda Archuleta, Chef/Owner of Bar Carlo
