This show of paintings by Robert Fulton represents the beginning of a circle which started with a retrospective show 25 years ago to the current exhibit.
To quote Robert: “American master Edward Hopper has a significant influence on my work. His treatment of light, shadow, color and subject matter are reflected, to a degree, in my paintings. Using acrylics has also been a major factor in my style. The fast drying property of the paint has resulted in the colorful, sharp and flat nature of these pictures.”
