“The Whimsical Pastels of Eve Della Valle”

Currents Gallery enjoyed representing pastel painter, Eve Della Valle’s beautiful, playful paintings in the year 2016. We are honored again by her family with the privilege of displaying some of the late artist’s remaining pieces available for purchase for a limited time only.

Eve Della Valle was surrounded by art from birth, as both of her parents were artists. They studied art in Paris in the 1920s. She drew and painted throughout childhood with basic instruction from her mother. She owned and did creative merchandise display in her gift shop, The Beach House, located in Lincoln City from 1972 to 1997. After retirement she returned to her original love of painting and drawing.

The public is invited to visit Currents Gallery and request a special viewing of Eve’s colorful quirky paintings often depicting animals and people in chic, au courant settings, portrayed in a modern cubist style.
