Please join us for a special New Year’s Eve dinner on Sunday, December 31st – we aren’t usually open on Sundays but we made an exception so that we could celebrate the New Year with all of you! We will open at 5:00pm and the last seating will be at 9:30pm and once again we will be offering a special four course dinner menu created by Executive Chef Conor Claffey-Koller and Pastry Chef Alberto Blanco (menu also available on our website at http://delalmarestaurant.com/events/). Price is $65 per person (except where noted; does not include beverages or gratuity). We will also have a limited selection of items available from our regular dining menu. Coffee and Molasses Cured Salmon

Cold smoked King salmon served with crispy goat cheese, tomato and chipotle molasses, pickled onions and beets

Ahi Tuna “a la Pastor” (add $5)

Guajillo-marinated ahi tuna, pineapple-sesame salsa, avocado-tomatillo salsa, roasted pineapple gel, grilled onion, cilantro, corn tortilla “migas”

Sweet Potato Tetella

Fresh chile masa filled with roasted sweet potato and panella cheese, served with avocado crema, salsa cruda gel, marinated mushrooms, greens

Beef Brisket a la Plancha

Cauliflower purée, crispy Brussels sprouts, pomegranate salsa

Second Course – Choice of

Pumpkin and chile de arbol sopa served with grilled shrimp pico de gallo, salmon roe escabeche, green goddess crema

Baby Arugula Salad

Served with egg yolk, pomegranate, pepitas, black garlic vinaigrette

Third Course – Choice of

Tenderloin Medallions (add $10)

Jalapeño crema, beef and green chile tamal, fresh herb salsa verde, charred tomatoes and leeks

Pork Coppa Relleno

Pork coppa rolled with chorizo verde, served with green peanut mole, chile de arbol gel, roasted Brussels sprouts and winter squash

Dungeness Crab Potato Enchiladas

Fresh corn tortillas filled with potatoes and Dungeness crab, served with salsa ranchera, avocado-tomatillo salsa, jalapeño and tomato slaw, crema Mexicana, cotija

Oaxacan Tamal

Spiced pumpkin tamal, served with roasted vegetables, crispy kale, pickled onions, mole chatino

Fourth Course – Choice of

Smoked Manchego Cheesecake

Mulled fruit, raspberry gel, raspberry sorbet, pecans, pecan tuile

Coffee meringues, orange curd, smoked cinnamon anglaise, coffee mousse, chocolate praline, coffee ice cream
