The next special 5-course dinner will take place on Thursday, February 26th at 7:00pm. The dinner will feature Heater Allen Brewing: a small, family owned and operated brewery in McMinnville that specializes in German and Czech style lagers (read more about them on their website here). These lagers pair uncommonly well with food, and Chef Conor Claffey-Koller has created a great pairing menu exploring the range of styles Heater Allen offers.
