A few facts:
Insights Into Gardening is a one day seminar on gardening topics. This year there are 4 sessions with 4 classes each session to choose from — a total of 16 classes.

Roughly 350 people attend, most come from all around the Willamette Valley, from Portland to Medford, and the Oregon Coast. A few come from California and Washington too!

In addition to the classes there’s an on-site bookstore (Grassroots) with books selected for this event, including some written by the day’s speakers.
There are 28 exhibitors, with raffle items. There is also a silent auction. These are all very popular activities

It’s always held on the second Saturday in February in the LaSells Stewart center at OSU.

The speakers are experts from around the valley including OSU horticulture professors, nursery professionals, and nationally known experts on various topics.

All the speakers and topics are vetted to make sure they present current information confirmed by scientific research.
