It’s Tequila Time again at del Alma!


We are very fortunate to have Clayton Szczech of “Experience Tequila” (www.experiencetequila.com) returning for another Tequila dinner on Thursday, October 18th at 6:00pm! This special dining experience includes learning about Tequila and its rich history, and how to enjoy tequila as a spirit to be sipped and savored in the context of a pairing dinner. The evening will start with an informative presentation and tasting led by Clayton, followed by a five course dinner featuring pairings with a selection of tequilas, both as stand-alone sippers and incorporated into cocktails created by our bar team. First Course

Scallop Crudo Tostada

Cherry tomato, salmon roe escabeche, basil, radish, pea greens, spicy blood orange

Pulpo al Carbon

Grilled octopus, pipián rojo, lime zest, edible flowers

Third Course

Tetela Verde

Fresh masa pocket filled with creamed spinach, bone marrow, queso Oaxaca, cilantro-radish salad

Fourth Course

Chichilo Mole and Pork

Whole roasted pork loin, roasted forest mushrooms, parsley, epazote, jalapeño

Fifth Course

Something sweet and delicious prepared by our pastry team (TBA)!
