About CAMPVS
CAMPVS is an intercollegiate platform focused on college talent discovery and school pride. The CAMPVS words is a mash-up of the words CAMPUS and VERSUS as it aims to become the Intercollegiate Creative Forum, similar to the structure of the NCAA for Sports. The company’s founders ran the national College Battle of the Bands competition for live musicians, bands and artists in college from 2009 to 2013 as the first-ever and only national college music competition of its kind. It featured college musicians such as Rozzi Crane (USC), the first artist signed to Adam Levine’s new record label, Mike Posner (Duke U), Local Natives (Pepperdine U) and many more. CAMPVS then launched the Campus DJ platform, the only national competition for collegiate DJs. With funding for the arts continuing to decline at major universities, campuses and high schools everywhere, the company has provided a much needed outlet for college artists and music fans alike.
