Please join us for the next installment of our culinary exploration of  Latin America on Saturday, May 18th at 7pm. This time around takes us to the Oaxacan region in southwestern Mexico known for its moles, some of which will be featured in this five-course dinner. Each course will have the added bonus of cocktail pairings created by Mark Rowland and Kinn Edwards. Price is $60 per person (price includes cocktails; does not include gratuity). First Course

Escabeche de Pescado Horneado

Lightly smoked sturgeon escabeche served on tostaditas

Second Course

Empanada de San Antonio

Fresh masa empanada filled with chicken Mole Amarillo, Li’l Gems, radishes, golden raisins, pickled green strawberries

Third Course

Arroz con Conejo

Rabbit loin stuffed with Oaxacan rabbit sausage, Mole Colorado, marinated spring vegetables, and mushrooms

Fourth Course

Mole Chatino con Puerco

Pork rib chop cooked in Mole Chatino, fava beans, cherry tomatoes

Fifth Course

Chocolate Corn Cake with Chocolate Mole Mousse
