Le Patissier, owned and operated by Didier and Trinidad Tholognat, opened its doors on January 6th, 2005.
The shop represents many years of dreaming and planning to open a pastry shop that would feel like a small shop in France, a place to start the day welcoming familiar faces or just having a relaxing moment over a croissant and a cup of espresso. Also the sounds of soft French music in the background might get you in the mood for reminiscing of France or pretend to be in France (if you’ve never been there).
We hope next time you visit Corvallis, you will stop by and try our eclairs (vanilla or chocolate). Don’t forget our croissants: plain, chocolate, almond paste and almond cream. (A word to the wise, our almond cream croissants tend to disappear by 10a.m.)
