Fresh fish, sweet potato, corn, cilantro, and aji Amarillo

Layered potatoes, avocado, corn, and poached fish, served with a “salad” of smoked prawns, eggs, and olives

Papas Relleno
Crispy potato filled with beef, pork, and eggs, served with marinated onions and sauce jalpahuaica
Fourth Course
Rabbit and Gnocchi
Rabbit saddle filled with olives and rabbit sausage, pesto-filled yuca gnocchi, and apricot

Traditional South American sandwich cookies filled with caramel
