Stalford Farm & Greenwillow Grains is thrilled to host the first of four “Fill Your Pantry” events in Linn, Benton, Lincoln and Lane counties this fall where you can meet and buy direct from local farmers.

What sets “Fill Your Pantry” events apart from farmers’ markets is these are annual events immediately after the harvest where you can purchase bulk quantities of staples directly from farmers: grains, flour, beans, frozen meats, honey, nuts, cured produce (garlic, onions, potatoes, root crops) and more.

The first event will be held on Sunday, October 21st from 2 to 6 p.m. at the former Methodist Church in Shedd, OR, hosted by Stalford Farm and Greenwillow Grains. This is the second annual Fill Your Pantry at this location.

You must pre-order anything over 100 pounds and are encouraged to pre-order smaller amounts since supplies are limited). The ordering period opens Monday October 1st. -The pre-order cut-off date is Friday October 12. (See Orientation and Pre-order Information as well as list of farms and products on the Ten Rivers Food Web website (www.tenriversfoodweb.com/).

Entrance to the event is free. Oregon Trail tokens will be accepted. Enjoy live music and baked goods available for purchase. Non-alcoholic refreshments provided.
