It’s time to fall in love with Oregon Apple. Sinister Distilling has taken their single-malt whiskey recipe and added locally-sourced apple juice, brown sugar and spices to produce a new favorite flavored whiskey. “It tastes like a homemade apple crisp,” said Eric Howard, master distiller and co-owner.
Release party is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 19 from 12-8 pm at the Deluxe Brewing/Sinister Distilling Tasting Room, and food truck, Hooked On Food, will be present for the festivities from 3-6 pm.
Oregon Apple can soon be found at the Sinister/Deluxe Tasting Room and throughout Oregon liquor stores. Oregon Apple is 66 proof and retails for $29.95 for a 750 ml bottle.
