Spanish-Portuguese Wine Dinner at del Alma!

Please join us for a special coursed dinner on Thursday, March 15th at 6:00pm. This dinner will feature a variety of Spanish and Portuguese wines from renowned importer Olé-Obrigado, known for food-friendly wines that are true to the character of their regions. George Goncalves, a representative of Olé-Obrigado, will be on hand at the dinner to introduce and talk about the wines. Chefs Conor Claffey-Koller and Alberto Blanco have created an amazing Spanish-inspired pairing menu to showcase and complement the wines. Price is $75 per person (does not include gratuity). Fourth Course

Pork Belly “Chorizo”

Crispy pork belly chorizo rioja, piperrada, cauliflower miti crema purée, and cured egg yolk
