Del Alma will be offering a special 5-course dinner featuring Spindrift Cellars on Thursday, March 16th at 6:30pm. Spindrift is a local, family-owned winery in Philomath that has been producing a great selection of both white and red wines since 2003. Owners/winemakers Matt and Tabitha Compton will be at the dinner to introduce and talk about their wines, including the 2012 Reserve Pinot Noir among others. Chef Conor Claffey-Koller has created another amazing pairing menu to showcase the great variety and diversity of Spindrift’s wines. Price is $80 per person (does not include gratuity).
