It might be September, but summer is still here!
On Thursday, September 15th at 6:30pm Corvallis’ del Alma restaurant is hosting a special five-course Summer Harvest dinner in conjunction with our friends at Oregon Coffee and Tea. This is their second all-vegetarian dinner celebrating summer and featuring the bounty of the Willamette Valley.
Each course will be paired with a unique cocktail created by the del Alma bar team using specialty teas from Oregon Coffee and Tea. Chef Conor Claffey-Koller has created a pairing menu featuring produce from local farms that should satisfy vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike!
Price is $70 per person (does not include gratuity).
Seating is limited, so make your reservation today by calling 541-753-2222 or email del Alma at info@delalmarestaurant.com.
