Super-Easy Beer Battered Cauliflower Buffalo “Wings”
1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 bottle of beer (your choice)
1 Bottle of “Wing Sauce” — any supermarket.
First prepare simple beer batter: place flour, and black pepper in a bowl. Add beer slowly while whisking. Once batter is the consistency of a light pancake batter, dip cauliflower florets in batter and deep-fry in pan of hot oil. When browned, drain on a paper towel and toss in a bowl of wing sauce to coat. Serve with bleu-cheese dressing and celery sticks.
